All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. 

However, if your items arrive damaged please email a photo of the existing damage to info@jake-garcia.com for a possible item exchange or full refund. 

If you have provided incorrect shipping information and the items have been returned, you will be asked to pay additional costs in order to cover re-shipping fees. If your items have not been returned, Jake Garcia is not responsible for replacing any missing items.
